We are committed to maintaining your trust in OneQuote by adhering to the following principles to protect your personal information: consistency of rights and responsibilities, clear purposes, consent-based collection, minimum necessary use, ensuring security, participation of the individual, openness, and transparency. Additionally, OneQuote promises to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information according to industry-standard security standards.

I. How OneQuote Collects and Uses Your Personal Information

Personal information refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information.

OneQuote will only collect and use your personal information for the following purposes described in this policy:

(1) Registering as a User

To create an account, you need to provide the following information: your mobile number, QQ/WeChat/Weibo authorization (third-party platform login). When you choose third-party platform login, you will authorize OneQuote to access your public information registered on the third-party platform (such as avatar, nickname, etc.). OneQuote will bind your third-party account with your OneQuote account after you agree to this privacy policy, allowing you to directly log in and use the products and related services through the third-party account.

During the registration process, providing the following additional information will help OneQuote offer better services and experience: mobile number, email, gender, and birthday. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic functionality of the services.

The above information you provide will be continuously authorized for use by OneQuote during your use of the service. When you apply to cancel your account, OneQuote will stop using and delete the above information.

This information will be stored within the People's Republic of China. If cross-border transmission is required, OneQuote will separately seek your authorization and consent.

(2) Providing Services to You

  1. Displaying Sentences and Personalized Recommendations OneQuote will recommend content that you might be interested in based on your content subscriptions and algorithmic decisions. If you do not wish to receive personalized content recommendations, you can enable/disable recommendations at any time through the relevant settings page of OneQuote's products/services.
  2. The path for content recommendation settings in the app is: "My -> Settings -> Personalized Recommendations".
  3. Information Publishing Functions (including sentences, comments, albums, authors, works) After registering as a OneQuote user, when you publish sentences, albums, authors, or works through OneQuote, OneQuote will request camera and storage permissions via a pop-up window. During this process, you can choose whether to provide this information to OneQuote. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use this additional function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of OneQuote.
  4. Mobile number data is personal sensitive information. You have the right to refuse to provide it. This will prevent you from creating sentences and albums but will not affect your ability to collect sentences and use other related services.
  5. Sharing Sentences and Downloading Images When you share sentences or download images through OneQuote, OneQuote will request storage permissions via a pop-up window. You can choose whether to provide this information to OneQuote. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use this additional function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of OneQuote.
  6. Adding Weather Features When you access weather data through OneQuote, OneQuote will request location permissions via a pop-up window to optimize the experience. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use this additional function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of OneQuote.
  7. After you agree to the privacy policy, OneQuote will also automatically collect your installed application list information to determine which third-party platforms you can use for sharing and logging in when using the sharing, registration, and login functions.

(3) Conducting Internal Data Analysis and Research, Third-Party SDK Statistical Services, Improving OneQuote's Products or Services

  1. OneQuote collects data based on your interactions with OneQuote and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you usThe data collected may include SDK/API/JS code versions, browsers, internet service providers, IP addresses, platforms, timestamps, application identifiers, application versions, application distribution channels, unique device identifiers, iOS advertising identifiers (IDFA), Android advertiser identifiers, MAC addresses, international mobile equipment identities (IMEI), device models, terminal manufacturers, terminal device operating system versions, session start/stop times, language, location, time zone, network status (Wi-Fi, etc.), hard drives, CPU and battery usage, etc.
  2. To allocate servers closer to you and enhance overall user usage and access speeds, we will collect your IP address.
  3. To identify your device and prevent malicious programs and cheating, enhance service security, and ensure operational strength and efficiency, we will collect your device information (including IMEI, MEID, Android ID, MAC addresses), information about installed applications, or running processes.
  4. To monitor errors and abnormalities and optimize platform upgrades, we will collect application software operation exception information.
  5. To facilitate real-time operation fault analysis and address issues you encounter during use, we will collect your device information (GUID, MAC addresses), browsing and operation records (to prevent fraud and protect your transaction security during the process, we will collect your device location information).
  6.   10. To optimize widget refreshes and timely notifications, we will occasionally self-start the app to prevent untimely desktop widget refreshes and timely notifications.

    OneQuote will collect MAC and IMEI information in silent/background mode to provide personalized recommendation features to users.

    When OneQuote intends to use the information for purposes not specified in this policy, we will seek your prior consent.

    When OneQuote intends to use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will seek your prior consent.

  11. Information from Third Parties

    Please understand and be aware that personal information you voluntarily provide to external third parties (non-OneQuote) will not be accessed by OneQuote without your intervention or authorization.

    When you choose to register and log in with a third-party account, OneQuote will, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, request authorization to read and obtain your public information (including nickname, avatar, region, and gender) registered, published, and recorded on the third-party platform.

    When you choose to share your personal information with third parties (QQ, WeChat friends, WeChat Moments, Weibo, Douyin) through OneQuote, you need to authorize OneQuote to read and obtain your public information (including avatar and username) on the third-party platform.

    When you choose to recharge, transact, or withdraw funds through OneQuote, you need to authorize third parties (Alipay, WeChat) to collect your order information and payment information. If you refuse the third party's collection of such information when providing services, it may result in your inability to use the third-party service through OneQuote.

    Our products and services may also include third-party SDKs or similar applications. Some SDKs may collect your MAC/IMEI information in the background. By agreeing to the OneQuote privacy policy, you agree to the direct collection and processing of your information by these third parties when using the OneQuote app.

(1) Umeng+ SDK

Purpose or scenario: for statistics, data analysis, providing basic anti-cheating capabilities, and monitoring device application performance. Scope of personal information collection and sharing: device identification information, device MAC address, unique device identification code (IMEI/MAC/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/ICCID, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, collect your rough location information permissions, and calibrate report data accuracy through geographic location, providing basic anti-cheating capabilities. You can change the scope of your authorization consent through relevant settings in your mobile device system at any time. After closing the corresponding permissions, the Umeng platform cannot access the personal information corresponding to the permissions, but it does not affect the use of OneQuote services.

The collection and processing of personal information by these third parties should comply with their respective privacy protection policies. To maximize the protection of your information security, we recommend that you review their privacy protection policies before using any third-party SDK services.

II. How OneQuote Uses Cookies and Similar Technologies

(1) Cookies

To ensure the proper functioning of the website, OneQuote stores small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies typically contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. With cookies, websites can store your preferences or shopping cart data.

OneQuote will not use cookies for any purpose other than those stated in this policy. You can manage or delete cookies according to your preferences. However, if you do so, you need to personally change user settings every time you visit OneQuote, and the previously recorded information will be deleted.

(2) Website Beacons and Pixel Tags

In addition to cookies, OneQuote will also use website beacons and pixel tags on websites. For example, the emails OneQuote sends you may contain URLs linking to OneQuote's website content. If you click on the link, OneQuote will track this click to help OneQuote understand your product or service preferences and improve customer service. Website beacons are usually transparent images embedded in websites or emails. With the help of pixel tags in emails, OneQuote can understand whether the emails are opened. If you do not want your activities to be tracked this way, you can unsubscribe from OneQuote's mailing list at any time.

(3) Do Not Track (DNT)

Many web browsers have a Do Not Track feature that issues DNT requests to websites. Currently, major Internet standards organizations have not established policies to regulate how websites should respond to such requests. However, if your browser has enabled DNT, OneQuote's websites will respect your choice.

III. How OneQuote Shares, Transfers, and Discloses Your Personal Information

(1) Sharing

OneQuote will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside OneQuote except for the following circumstances:

  1. Transfer with Explicit Consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, OneQuote will transfer your personal information to other parties.
  2. Transfer under Legal Obligations: When OneQuote merges, acquires, or goes bankrupt and other scenarios involving the transfer of personal information, OneQuote will request the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy policy. Otherwise, OneQuote will require the company or organization to seek your consent again.

(3) Public Disclosure

OneQuote will only publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:

OneQuote will take all reasonably practical measures to protect your personal information. For instance, when exchanging data between your browser and the server, it is protected by SSL encryption; OneQuote provides https secure browsing for its website; OneQuote uses encryption to ensure data confidentiality; OneQuote uses trusted protection mechanisms to prevent data from malicious attacks; OneQuote deploys access control mechanisms to ensure only authorized personnel can access personal information; and OneQuote conducts security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
  2. OneQuote will take all reasonably practical measures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information. OneQuote will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless an extension of the retention period is required or permitted by law.
  3. The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. OneQuote strongly recommends that you do not use non-OneQuote communication methods to send personal information. If you find your personal information, especially your account or password, has been compromised, please contact OneQuote customer service immediately to take appropriate measures.
  4. In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, OneQuote will, as required by laws and regulations, promptly inform you of the incident's basic situation, possible impact, measures OneQuote has taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and mitigate risks, and remedial measures. OneQuote will promptly inform you of the incident-related information through email, letter, phone, push notification, etc. If it's difficult to inform each individual, OneQuote will take reasonable and effective measures to publish announcements. Additionally, OneQuote will report the handling of personal information security incidents as required by regulatory authorities.

V. Your Rights

(2) Correcting Your Personal Information

When you find any errors in your personal information processed by OneQuote, you have the right to request OneQuote to make corrections. You can do so through "My -> Account Settings".

(3) Deleting Your Personal Information

In the following circumstances, you can request OneQuote to delete your personal information:

  1. If OneQuote's handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
  2. If OneQuote collects and uses your personal information without your consent;
  3. If OneQuote's handling of personal information breaches the agreement with you;
  4. If you no longer use OneQuote's products or services, or you cancel your account;
  5. If OneQuote permanently discontinues providing products or services.

If OneQuote decides to respond to your deletion request, OneQuote will also notify the entities from whom OneQuote obtained your personal information and request them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your separate authorization.

When you delete information from OneQuote's services, OneQuote may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but will delete it when the backup is updated.

(4) Changing the Scope of Your Authorization Consent

Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. For the collection and use of additional collected personal information, you can grant or withdraw your authorization consent at any time.

You can change your device's settings (including location services, camera, microphone, album, and contacts) through "Settings -> Permissions".

After you withdraw your consent, OneQuote will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.

(5) Personal Information Copy

You have the right to request a copy of your personal information. You can do so through OneQuote's customer service. OneQuote will provide a copy of your personal information as required by relevant laws and regulations.

(6) Personal Information Portability

If technically feasible, OneQuote will, according to your request, provide your personal information in a readable format, or transfer it directly to a third party designated by you, if it meets the requirements of the national internet information department.

(7) Account Cancellation

You can cancel your previously registered account at any time. You can do so through "My -> Account Settings -> Cancel Account". After canceling your account, OneQuote will delete your personal information or anonymize it as required by laws and regulations.

(8) Constraint Information Systems Automatic Decision-Making

For some business functions, OneQuote may solely rely on non-human automatic decision-making mechanisms, including information systems, algorithms, etc. If these decisions significantly impact your legal rights, you have the right to request an explanation, and OneQuote will also provide appropriate remedies.

(9) Responding to Your Requests

To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or verify your identity by other means. OneQuote may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

OneQuote will respond within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint through customer service. For complex requests, OneQuote may seek an extension, but will inform you within 15 days.

For requests that are unreasonable, repetitive, or excessively resource-consuming, OneQuote may refuse but will inform you of the refusal.

Under the following circumstances, OneQuote will not respond to your request as required by laws and regulations:

  1. Relating to national security and defense;
  2. Relating to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
  3. Relating to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and executions of judgments;
  4. Sufficient evidence showing you have malicious intent or abuse of rights;
  5. Responding to your request will cause serious damage to your or other individuals' or organizations' legitimate rights and interests.

VI. How OneQuote Protects Minors' Personal Information

OneQuote attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 14, you must obtain your guardian's written consent before using OneQuote's services. OneQuote will protect minors' personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

VII. How Your Personal Information Is Transferred Globally

OneQuote processes and stores personal information in China in accordance with laws and regulations. If OneQuote needs to transfer personal information outside China, OneQuote will follow legal requirements and provide adequate protection.
