I. Special Reminder
1. The "OneQuote" software and related services refer to the products and services provided to you by the client application named "OneQuote," which is legally owned and operated by Shanghai TaoDou Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company"). This "OneQuote" User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is an agreement between you and the company regarding the downloading, installation, registration, login, and use (collectively referred to as "use") of the "OneQuote" software and the related services provided by the "OneQuote" software.
2. Hereby, we particularly remind you (hereinafter also referred to as "user") to carefully read this "User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") before registering as a OneQuote user to ensure that you fully understand each clause of this Agreement, and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Your registration, login, and use of the software will be deemed as you have fully read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of this Agreement, and you shall be bound by this Agreement.
3. This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between OneQuote and the users regarding the "OneQuote" services (hereinafter referred to as "the services"). "User" refers to individuals who register, log in, and use the services. This Agreement can be updated by OneQuote at any time, and the updated terms will replace the original terms once published and will be notified to the users through pop-up windows or other forms. Users can review the latest terms in this APP. After modifying the terms of the Agreement, if you do not accept the modified terms, you may choose to stop using the services, and OneQuote also has the right to terminate your registration and use of the services. Your continued use of the services provided by OneQuote will be deemed as you have fully understood the latest Agreement and agree to abide by this Agreement and other related agreements and rules (including but not limited to the "OneQuote Privacy Policy").
II. Account Registration
1. Users need to register a "OneQuote" account before using the services. Users who complete the registration process through the "OneQuote" registration system and pass identity verification will become official users and can enjoy all the rights specified in this Agreement; users who have not passed identity verification will not have any usage rights.
2. The "OneQuote" account should be registered using a mobile phone number. Users should use a mobile phone number that is not yet bound to a "OneQuote" account and not banned by OneQuote according to this Agreement to register a "OneQuote" account. OneQuote may change the way of registration and binding according to user needs or product requirements without prior notice to users.
3. If the applicant has been banned by OneQuote before, is suspected of false registration and abuse of others' names to register, or has other reasons for which permission cannot be granted, OneQuote will refuse the registration application.
4. During the registration and use of the services, OneQuote needs to collect personal information that can identify the user's identity to contact the user when necessary or to provide a better user experience. You agree that OneQuote collects your personal information to provide you with services, including but not limited to your name and mobile phone number. The use of this information by OneQuote will be subject to the constraints of protecting users' personal privacy information.
III. Account Security
1. Once the user successfully registers and becomes a OneQuote user, they have the right to use their username and password to log in to OneQuote at any time.
2. Users are responsible for the security of their username and password and bear full responsibility for all activities and events conducted under their account.
3. Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to use their OneQuote account in any form without permission.
4. If a user leaks their account password or discovers that someone else is using their account and password without authorization, they should immediately change their password and contact OneQuote customer service, authorizing OneQuote to suspend the service and conduct an investigation. Based on the investigation results, appropriate actions will be taken. Users understand that it takes reasonable time for OneQuote to take action based on user requests, and OneQuote is not responsible for any consequences and losses incurred before taking action.
5. If users discover any illegal use of their account or any security vulnerabilities, they should immediately notify OneQuote staff.
6. OneQuote is not responsible for any illegal use of the account caused by hacking or user negligence.
IV. User Declarations and Guarantees
1. Users promise to be civil subjects with full civil capacity and the ability to fulfill the obligations stipulated in this Agreement.
2. Users guarantee that all the information provided to OneQuote for the execution of this Agreement is true and effective. Users are obligated to provide their real identity information during registration and ensure the validity and security of necessary identity information such as mobile phone numbers and names so that OneQuote staff can contact the user through the provided contact information. Users are also obligated to update relevant registration information in a timely manner when there is any actual change in their identity information.
3. Users must not produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate any content that violates national laws during the use of OneQuote accounts or the services, including but not limited to:
- Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
- Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
- Damaging national honor and interests;
- Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining national unity;
- Undermining national religious policies or promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
- Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;
- Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
- Insulting or slandering others, infringing on others' legal rights;
- Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, marches, demonstrations, or gatherings to disrupt social order;
- Acting in the name of illegal civil organizations;
- Containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
4. Users must not use OneQuote accounts or services to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate any content that interferes with the normal operation of OneQuote or infringes on the legal rights of other users or third parties, including but not limited to:
- Containing any sexual or sexual suggestive content;
- Containing abusive, threatening, or intimidating content;
- Containing harassment, spam, malicious information, or deceptive information;
- Involving others' privacy, personal information, or data;
- Infringing on others' legal rights such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, or trade secrets;
- Containing other contents that interfere with the normal operation of the services and infringe on the legal rights of other users or third parties.
5. Users promise to have full intellectual property rights or have obtained legal authorization from relevant rights holders for all information published or uploaded to OneQuote. If users violate this provision and cause OneQuote to be claimed by third parties, users should fully compensate OneQuote for all losses and expenses (including but not limited to various compensation fees, attorney fees, litigation fees, and other reasonable expenses).
6. When a third party believes that the information published or uploaded by users on OneQuote infringes on their rights and sends a rights notice to OneQuote according to relevant laws and regulations, users agree that OneQuote may decide to delete the suspected infringing information at its sole discretion, unless users submit written evidence to exclude the possibility of infringement. OneQuote will not automatically restore the deleted information.
V. Service Content
1. The specific service content provided by OneQuote is determined by OneQuote according to the actual situation, including but not limited to: publishing sentences, submitting sentences, deleting sentences, sharing sentences, fancy text, WeChat Moments copywriting, image submissions, creating albums, etc. The specific functions or services provided by OneQuote shall prevail.
2. OneQuote has the right to review or delete any content published/disseminated by users that are suspected of being illegal or violating socialist spiritual civilization, public order, and good customs (including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, etc.).
3. Users acknowledge that all notifications, announcements, and other messages sent to users by OneQuote can be delivered or notified to users through the contact information provided by the users.
VI. Suspension or Termination of Services
1. In the following circumstances, OneQuote has the right to independently decide to suspend or terminate services to users:
- When users violate the relevant provisions of this service agreement, OneQuote has the right to independently decide to suspend or terminate services to the user.
- If OneQuote finds that the contact information provided by the user during registration no longer exists or cannot contact the user, OneQuote will notify the user to change it through system notification. If the user still fails to provide new contact information within three working days, OneQuote has the right to terminate services to the user.
- When the service terms are terminated or updated, and the user explicitly refuses to accept the new service terms.
- When the user applies to OneQuote to cancel their account, and OneQuote approves the application.
- Other situations where OneQuote deems it necessary to terminate services.
2. Users understand and agree:
- After the termination of services, OneQuote is not obligated to retain any information in the original account or related to it, nor to forward any unread or unsent information to users or third parties.
- If users have illegal behavior or violate the agreement during the use of the services, OneQuote can still assert rights against the user according to this agreement or disclose it to administrative, judicial, and other authorities according to laws and regulations.
- Any relationship between users and other third parties (if any) during the use of the services will not terminate due to the termination of the services or this agreement. Third parties still have the right to assert rights against the user, and the user should continue to fulfill relevant obligations to third parties.3. OneQuote reserves the right to delete any content in the APP that does not comply with legal policies or is false without notifying users.
4. If users do not comply with the provisions of this agreement or other service conditions, OneQuote has the right to independently judge and take measures such as suspending or closing the user's account. OneQuote is not responsible for any consequences caused by users' inability to normally use their account and related services or to obtain the rights within the account. Users must bear legal responsibility for their statements and actions online. For suspected illegal activities or crimes, OneQuote will keep relevant records and report to the competent authorities, cooperate with investigations, and report to the police according to the law.
VII. Service Changes and Interruptions
1. Users understand and agree that the services provided by OneQuote are provided based on the current technology and conditions. Users are also aware that using the services involves certain information risks. OneQuote will strive to protect users' legal rights when using the services, but does not guarantee that the services will meet users' requirements, nor guarantees the timeliness, security, authenticity, stability, and correctness of the services. OneQuote is not responsible for any information issues (including but not limited to deletion or storage failure of user-published information) that occur during the use of the services.
2. Users understand and agree that for the overall service operation security or for regular or irregular testing or updates, OneQuote has the right to decide to change, interrupt, suspend, or terminate the services according to the actual situation, but will try to notify users in advance.
3. Users understand and agree that due to the special nature of network services, the services may be affected or interfered with by various factors (including but not limited to network failures, technical defects, coverage limitations of domestic and foreign basic operators, force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, or other reasons outside the technical capability of OneQuote). OneQuote cannot always foresee and prevent the aforementioned factors that cause service interruptions, information loss, failure to save, garbled errors, incorrect reception, inability to receive, or delayed reception. OneQuote is not responsible for such situations. If such situations occur, OneQuote will notify affected users as soon as possible through announcements, system notifications, or other reasonable means.
VIII. Intellectual Property Terms
1. Shanghai TaoDou Network Technology Co., Ltd. owns the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyright, trade secrets, etc.) of all contents in the services, including but not limited to design and software architecture.
2. Without the written consent of Shanghai TaoDou Network Technology Co., Ltd., no one shall use, modify, copy, publicly disseminate, alter, distribute, publish, or publicly release the OneQuote program or content without authorization.
3. Respecting intellectual property rights is an obligation of users. Users should bear the corresponding liability for compensation if there is any violation.
IX. Modification of Service Terms
1. OneQuote reserves the right to modify any content of this service agreement at any time. Once any change occurs, OneQuote will notify users of the modified content through appropriate means (including but not limited to pop-ups).
2. If users do not agree with the modifications made by OneQuote to this service agreement, they have the right to stop using the services.
3. If users continue to use the network services, it will be deemed that users accept the modifications made by OneQuote to this service agreement.
X. Privacy Protection

XI. Others
1. If OneQuote explicitly indicates that its service provision method has changed and reminds users of the matters that need attention, users shall bear all consequences arising from not operating as required.
2. Users agree to protect and maintain the interests of OneQuote and other users. Users shall bear the liability for damages if their actions while using OneQuote are illegal, untruthful, improper, or infringe on the legal rights of third parties, or if users violate any terms of this agreement and cause losses to OneQuote or any third party.
3. The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute or disagreement between users and OneQuote, both parties should first try to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court at the domicile of Shanghai TaoDou Network Technology Co., Ltd.
4. If any clause of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by the judiciary or violates applicable laws, the clause will be considered invalid, but the remaining clauses will remain valid and binding on both parties.
5. The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to Shanghai TaoDou Network Technology Co., Ltd.
XII. Disclaimer
1. The user explicitly agrees that their use of OneQuote service, as well as any reliance placed on OneQuote service, is entirely at their own risk and responsibility. The user shall bear full responsibility for their actions during the use of OneQuote service and any consequences arising from it. OneQuote assumes no liability or responsibility towards the user.
2. OneQuote does not guarantee that the service will necessarily meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted service. OneQuote makes no warranties regarding the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the service.
3. OneQuote shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages incurred by the user as a result of using this service. The user assumes full responsibility for such damages.
This agreement is effective as of April 18, 2023.
